If additional product- or service-specific conditions apply, the consumer may rely on the provision most favorable to them.

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. The invalid clause will be replaced with one reflecting the original intent as closely as possible.

Article 4 – Offer

All offers are non-binding and subject to change.

Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color or appearance may occur.

Errors or obvious mistakes do not bind the entrepreneur.

Prices exclude customs duties, import taxes, or local charges, which remain the responsibility of the customer.

Each offer clearly states:

  • price and any shipping costs

  • payment and delivery methods

  • existence or absence of a right of withdrawal

  • available sizes, colors, and materials

Article 5 – Contract

The contract is concluded once the consumer places an order and payment is successfully processed.

Electronic orders are confirmed by email.

The entrepreneur may refuse or cancel orders in case of payment issues, suspected fraud, or unavailability.

All contracts are subject to product availability.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

Products must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging where reasonably possible.

The consumer must notify the withdrawal within 14 days and return the product within an additional 14 days, with proof of shipment.

Failure to comply results in the sale being considered final.

Article 7 – Return Costs & Refunds

Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise stated.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned product or valid proof of return.

Article 8 – Exclusions from Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • customized or personalized products

  • hygiene products once opened

  • products that cannot be returned by nature

  • digital products once accessed

Such exclusions are clearly stated before purchase.

Article 9 – Prices

Prices remain valid during the stated offer period, unless affected by external factors such as tax changes or currency fluctuations.

Article 10 – Warranty & Conformity

Products conform to the description and intended use.

Warranty is limited to manufacturer coverage where applicable.

The entrepreneur is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Article 11 – Delivery

Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.

Risk transfers to the consumer upon delivery.

Payments must be completed at checkout.

In case of payment failure or chargeback abuse, the entrepreneur reserves the right to cancel future orders.

Article 13 – Complaints

Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of discovery.

Complaints are handled within 14 days.

Article 14 – Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law, regardless of the consumer’s country of residence.
