Right of Withdrawal (EU – 14 days)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason.
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

Return costs

Return shipping costs from your address to our warehouse are at your expense.
As an indication, these costs are approximately €7.25 per parcel, but may vary depending on the carrier, weight, and destination. Please consult your chosen carrier for exact rates.

Refund (method & timeframe)

We will refund the full order amount, including the original shipping costs, using the same payment method used for the purchase (including Klarna, if applicable).
The refund will be processed within 14 days of your withdrawal notification; however, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you provide proof of shipment—whichever occurs first.

Product condition & possible depreciation

Where reasonably possible, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories.
You may handle the item to assess its nature, characteristics, and functionality (as you would in a physical store).
Any depreciation resulting from handling beyond what is necessary may be deducted from the refund, in accordance with applicable European regulations.
